If you wish to enjoy music, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that cannot be heard outside your accommodation. C. Respect for Neighbors: Be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially when entering or exiting the property. Avoid slamming doors and be considerate of others in shared spaces. D. Events and Parties: Hosting parties, events, or gatherings that might cause disturbance to neighbors is strictly prohibited. If you plan to celebrate a special occasion, please do so responsibly and within the guidelines of our noise policy.Departure procedures(Required) I commit to adhering to the following departure procedures:A) Ensuring that all doors are securely locked and windows are closed before departing the apartment. B) Turning off all lights, TV, and air conditioning units before leaving. C) Returning the keys to the location from which they were collected.Check-out time(Required) I acknowledge that the standard check-out time is 09:00 AM. In the event that I plan to check out later than this time, I understand that I must arrange and obtain management’s approval before my departure date. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee of R200 for every hour past the check-out time.Agreement(Required) I have carefully read and comprehended the terms and conditions outlined in this indemnity form.
